Leading Hand role in a horiticulture environment to commence September 2026. Work will last around 6-9 months. Vacancies 5 places. Dirty Creek, NSW location.

Pay -at least equivalent to Horticulture Award 2020 (currently $33.05 per hour Level 2 casual rate), depending on experience. Positions are casual. Properties are remote from town and not accessible by public transport. We are seeking reliable people who can work hard and fast and are prepared to stay the entire 6-9 months. If you cannot commit to staying the entire time please do not apply. Depending upon weather work will be 5+ hours per day, at least 30 hours per week.

Tasks may include coordinating work in a team environment or work individually under general supervision; exercise discretion with their level of skills and training; is responsible for the quality of their own work; assisting in the training, instruction and coordination of employees. The role being in a horticulture environment may include include walking on uneven ground and working in varying weather conditions.
