In this exciting new role, you will be:

Managing and supporting M365, Azure, Windows Server and hybrid infrastructure environments. Administering virtualisation platforms, storage, backup and disaster recovery solutions. Supporting networking technologies including LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, DNS, and DHCP services. Driving infrastructure upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and lifecycle projects. Acting as a senior technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues. Supporting endpoint management technologies including Intune and Windows 11 environments. Working closely with technology vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders. Contributing to infrastructure security initiatives, vulnerability remediation, and continuous improvement activities.

 What you'll need to succeed  

To be successful in your application, you will need:

Strong experience supporting M365, Azure, Active Directory and Entra ID environments. Proven infrastructure experience across Windows Server, virtualisation, storage, and backup technologies. Strong networking knowledge across enterprise infrastructure environments. Exposure to infrastructure security, patching, vulnerability management, and best practice controls. Experience delivering infrastructure projects from planning through to implementation. Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
