DATA DELIVERY COORDINATOR | STATE GOVERNMENT ORG | 3-4 MONTH CONTRACT | IMMEDIATE START Your new company Join a respected Western Australian State Government organisation on an initial 3-4 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys coordinating data requests, stakeholder engagement, and administrative processes within a collaborative team environment. Your new role As the Data Delivery Coordinator, you will support the delivery of geospatial data products and services by coordinating customer requests, managing workflows, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery outcomes. You will work closely with internal subject-matter experts and external stakeholders while providing high-quality customer service and administrative support. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and process customer requests for geospatial products and services. Respond to customer enquiries and proactively resolve routine matters. Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders regarding requests, quotations, and product delivery. Prepare quotes and confirm customer acceptance prior to delivery and invoicing. Record, monitor, and track requests through business systems to ensure accurate and timely processing. Support financial administration including invoicing, payment processing, and related activities. Maintain accurate records and documentation across relevant systems. Prepare reports and data insights for management when required. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team operational effectiveness. Build knowledge of spatial systems, legislation, policies, and business processes. Collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within government, data services, GIS/spatial services, administration, or customer support environments will be highly regarded. Experience coordinating requests, quotations, orders, or service delivery processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience using corporate information systems, databases, or financial systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
