Ti Group is one of Australia’s leading exporters and wholesalers of fresh produce. We have a planting capacity of nearly 7 million plants across 250 acres providing sufficient and reliable produce for our customers. Our strawberries ship domestically across Australia as well internationally.

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to start in our workshop on a large farm based in Bullsbrook, WA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and safety of farm machinery.
• Work collaboratively with farm operators to minimise downtime and maximise equipment productivity.
• Work efficiently to meet repair deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, parts, and labour.
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and related components.
• Servicing tractors, trucks, earth moving equipment, ATVs, UTVs, farm utes and other farm equipment/machinery.

To be a successful candidate, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic and qualification preferred.
• Forklift license is preferred.
• Some welding experience is preferred.
• Understanding of agricultural equipment maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
