Join a rapidly growing consulting practice delivering some of Australia's most significant healthcare transformation initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced Health & Clinical Consulting Principal to provide senior clinical leadership across digital health, healthcare transformation and advisory engagements spanning government, health and aged care sectors.
This is a unique opportunity for a clinically trained professional who has successfully transitioned into consulting, digital health or health technology. You will bring the credibility to engage with executive healthcare leaders while helping shape technology-enabled solutions that improve clinical outcomes, patient safety and service delivery.
Working within a high-performing consulting team, you will play a critical role across major transformation programs, partnering with healthcare providers, government organisations and technology delivery teams to ensure solutions are clinically safe, strategically aligned and capable of delivering meaningful outcomes.
About the Role
As a senior clinical leader and trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance on the design, delivery and governance of digital health initiatives.
You will work closely with executive stakeholders, clinicians, delivery teams and consulting leaders to ensure programs are informed by clinical best practice, patient safety requirements and robust governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical strategy and governance across digital health and healthcare transformation programs.
- Provide expert clinical input into product development, solution design and service transformation initiatives.
- Design and implement clinical governance, patient safety and clinical risk management frameworks.
- Support the development and adoption of digital health products and services across diverse healthcare environments.
- Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, clinical leaders and senior government stakeholders.
- Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Mentor consultants and contribute to the growth of a high-performing healthcare consulting practice.
- Support strategic advisory engagements, stakeholder engagement and business growth activities.
Highly Regarded Experience
- Postgraduate qualifications in Digital Health, Clinical Informatics, Public Health, Healthcare Management or Quality and Safety.
- Health product management experience, including product strategy, design and delivery.
- Experience working with government health agencies, health service providers or aged care organisations.
- Exposure to AI-enabled healthcare solutions, digital therapeutics, virtual care or emerging health technologies.
- Consulting experience within a recognised advisory or professional services environment.
Certifications in Clinical Risk Management, Change Management, Health Informatics, Patient Safety or Project Management.
