Grade Control Technician Your new company Our client is a well-established mining operation in North West Queensland, offering the opportunity to join a close-knit team at a growing open cut mine site. With a strong focus on safety, teamwork and operational excellence, this role provides excellent roster flexibility and long-term career potential. Your new role As a Grade Control Technician, you will support daily mining operations through ore spotting, stockpile control and sampling activities, working closely with geologists and production crews to maximise ore recovery, minimise dilution, and maintain safe and efficient mining practices. What you'll need to succeed

Strong planning, organisation and time management skills Previous experience working independently in remote mining environments Practical experience with sampling programs and stockpile control Demonstrated ore spotting experience and ability to identify material types Commitment to safety and working within site procedures First Aid Certificate Current C Class Driver's Licence Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint What you'll get in return
