TSF Mining Superintendent - FIFO 8/6 Roster
Location: Karratha Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off - 12-hour shifts Employment Type: Contract - Project is for 2 Years Rate: $78.00 PH + Superannuation paid for all hours worked PERSOL is one of Australia's largest and longest-serving recruitment providers, specialising in the placement of Engineering, Technical and Mining professionals across major projects nationwide. We are currently seeking an experienced TSF (Tailings Storage Facility) Mining Superintendent to join our client's operational team on a FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth. About the Role
You'll be responsible for leading and coordinating all TSF construction and operations, ensuring compliance with design, safety and environmental requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with proven experience in tailings or large-scale civil earthworks. Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily TSF operations including dam construction, embankment raises, and water management. Oversee QA/QC compliance, scheduling and resource allocation. Work with engineers, consultants and client representatives.

Skills & Experience

5+ years in a supervisor or Superintendent role within TSF or civil mining. Strong leadership, planning and communication skills. Sound understanding of dam construction, QA/QC and geotechnical principles. Relevant qualifications in Civil or Mining Engineering (preferred). Current WA "C" Class Driver's Licence. Fit Test - Required to be clean shaven
