Machine Operator & Labourer | Steel Manufacturing
This is a hands-on production role within a busy steel manufacturing environment, suited to candidates who are comfortable working with machinery, following processes, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. You'll be joining a stable operation offering full-time hours, ongoing work, and the opportunity to build long-term experience within a modern manufacturing facility.

Available Shifts

Afternoon shift: 12:00pm - 8:00pm Monday to Friday roster Hourly Rate: $40.25 (Inc Penalties)

Your Duties May Include

Operating machinery used in steel manufacturing and production Loading and unloading materials into machines Measuring, checking and preparing steel components Monitoring machine performance and product quality Following production schedules and safe operating procedures Using hand and power tools where required Assisting with general production duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing, steel, metal fabrication or a similar industrial environment Ability to work safely around machinery and steel products Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comfortable with repetitive production work and manual handling Reliable, punctual and team-focused attitude Forklift licence or overhead crane experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
