Supply and Distribution Manager

Viya Imports Pty Ltd is a grocery importer and distributor operating across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and WA. We seek an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to oversee purchasing, inventory, warehousing and national distribution.

Location: Wetherill Park NSW 216 Employment: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $85,000 to $110,000 per annum plus superannuation

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply, storage and distribution plans and strategies.
• Forecast demand, manage stock levels and coordinate interstate replenishment.
• Maintain required grocery stock levels while minimising costs.
• Negotiate supplier agreements covering quality, pricing and delivery.
• Review inventory and storage systems to meet supply needs and control stock.
• Track incoming and outgoing goods to ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate dispatch and freight with internal teams and customers across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and WA.
• Oversee imports, warehousing and timely customer deliveries.
• Oversee accurate purchasing, warehousing and distribution records.
• Supervise staff and monitor performance.

Requirements

• A bachelor level qualification or substantial relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant full-time experience. Equivalent part-time experience will be considered.
• Experience in grocery or food importing and distribution.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and inventory management skills.
