Are you passionate about hospitality and leading a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences? Indian Rasoi Albury is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain our high standards of food, service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise and oversee daily restaurant operations
• Recruit, train, supervise and roster staff to ensure efficient service
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally
• Work closely with the kitchen team to plan menus and coordinate food preparation and service
• Manage purchasing, stock levels and supplier relationships
• Monitor restaurant revenue, expenditure and operating budgets
• Oversee reservations, dining room arrangements and special functions
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements
• Supervise payment processing, cash handling and daily financial reconciliation
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environment

What we are looking for:

• Relevant qualification at least to Diploma level in hospitality management or a related field, or substantial relevant experience
• 1 year of full time or part-time equivalent experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role
• Strong leadership, staff management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience managing rosters, stock, purchasing and operating costs
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety practices
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy restaurant
• Attention to detail and a passion for hospitality
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Annual remuneration: $71,500 to $78,000 plus superannuation.
