Front of House Supervisor (Part/Full Time)

The front of house staff are the face of our business. As a waiter/waitress you are expected to be a hands on Supervisor, well groomed at all times, punctual, friendly and have a smile at all times. Your best customer service is a must for our patrons.

Other duties include:

• Supervisory Leadership is a must
• Oversee the front of house operations of the restaurant to ensure seamless and efficient service.
• Supervise and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
• Take customer orders.
• Promoting specials to patrons.
• Set up and closing duties.
• Cashing up 

About you:

• Must have bar & coffee making experience
• Minimum 2/3 years wait/staff experience with supervisory experience.
• A current RSA Certificate.
• Availability on weekends is a must.
• You have an excellent communication skills.
• You are able to perform your duties under pressure with little or no stress.
