Front of House Staff & Bartenders (Casual – approx. 24 hours/week)
We are seeking friendly, professional, and energetic individuals who are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
FRONT OF HOUSE – SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a similar FOH role (restaurant experience preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confident, welcoming, and guest-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy service
Good understanding of food and beverage service standards
Team player with a proactive mindset
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
BARTENDER – SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Previous bartending experience in a busy venue
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for hospitality and guest experience
Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and late nights
Location: Caness, Paddington (Sydney)
