We are on the look out for experienced FOH staff. Small kitchen and bar, Shu is a modern Chinese eatery in Collingwood specialise in plant based degustation dining experience. We would love to meet fellow hospitality professionals that are passionate about good food and people. Experiences in Asian cuisines preferred but mostly bring your authenticity and kindness to the space and enjoy great work life with our lovely team.
