Job description

Food and Beverage Attendants are responsible for maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and hospitality in dining and function areas. This role involves a combination of table service, beverage preparation, venue setup, and general support duties, cleaning, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and well-organised environment for guests, staff, and visitors.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES -pick up and clear glasses from tables and service areas.

• remove food plates and clear tables between courses and after service.
• set and wipe down tables in preparation for service.
• clean and tidy all associated dining and function areas.
• general waiting duties
• general food and beverage duties as required.
• general venue/hospitality duties as required.
