Finance Manager
Location: Brisbane, Queensland Employment Type: Full-Time
$130,000 to $155,000 per annum plus Superannuation
An established business is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the organisation and support senior management with strategic financial planning and reporting
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the company’s day-to-day financial functions and reporting processes;
• Preparing budgets, financial forecasts and management reports;
• Monitoring business performance and providing financial insights to management;
• Overseeing compliance with taxation, audit and regulatory obligations;
• Improving financial systems, controls and operational procedures;
• Reviewing expenditure, profitability and cash flow management;
• Coordinating with external accountants, financial institutions and auditors;
• Supervising finance and administration staff where required.
Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
• Strong financial management and analytical experience;
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities;
• Completed a dip0loma of accounting
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Language skills - English
