Job description
5 horticulture workers are required to thin, pick and prune a variety of citrus crops located on three orchards in Gayndah, Queensland. Continuous work is expected to commence in September 2026. Preference will be given to workers with previous experience. Candidates should be motivated and ab able to learn quickly. Work is physical and outdoors. You must have an ability to do physical labour in hot and humid conditions. Successful candidates will be required for 6am starts and be committed to possibly 7 days per week, for 8-10 hours per day. To work in a range of weather conditions, use pruning and packing equipment, work in a team with others and have the ability to work quickly and with accuracy. Successful candidates will be offered employment on Permanent - Full-time basis and will be provided with a minimum of 38 hours of work per week.
