We are currently recruiting on behalf of several highly regarded Sydney law firms seeking Family Lawyers . The Role
You will manage a broad range of family law matters, including:

Divorce and nullity proceedings. Parenting and children's matters, including complex parenting disputes, relocation, parentage testing, surrogacy and adoption. Property settlements and financial matters. Spousal maintenance and child support matters. Binding Financial Agreements, Superannuation Agreements and Maintenance Agreements. Enforcement proceedings. Mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Building strong client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused advice. Working collaboratively with Partners and senior lawyers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

An unrestricted Australian Practising Certificate. Strong technical family law knowledge. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. An interest in business development and networking. A positive attitude and a desire to continually learn and develop your career.
