Your new role

• Oversee building maintenance schedules and respond to urgent maintenance issues as they arise.
• Manage planned preventative maintenance programmes
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including reviewing vendor costs and purchase orders prior to work commencing.
• Welcome visitors professionally and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Manage office stationery and pantry supplies
• Collect and distribute mail
• Conduct monthly facility inspections and report on any issues identified
• Handle confidential waste and document archiving
• Support health and safety compliance, including maintaining emergency action plans and testing security systems

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in a Facilities Coordinator or Facilities Administrator role is desirable.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Strong vendor and contract management experience
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and contractors
