Experienced Barista / All-Rounder – Sylvania We’re on the hunt for an experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our busy café in Sylvania. If you’re passionate about specialty coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy delivering genuine hospitality, we’d love to hear from you. What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a barista in a busy café.
• Confident dialling in espresso and maintaining coffee consistency throughout service.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy morning rushes while remaining calm under pressure.
• Strong customer service skills with a warm, friendly personality.
• All-round café experience including POS, food running, clearing tables and general café duties.
• Reliable, punctual and a great team player.
• Weekend availability is essential. What we offer:
