As the organisation moves into a critical implementation phase, there is a strong focus on business readiness, process redesign and workforce adoption to ensure the successful transition to the new ERP environment.
Your new role
As the ERP Business Readiness Lead, you will support the implementation of a modern ERP solution within a complex operational environment. Working closely with business stakeholders, SMEs and project teams, you will lead business readiness activities, redesign business processes and help establish sustainable ways of working.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing, redesigning and documenting future-state business processes.
- Driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement and change adoption activities.
- Developing process maps, procedures and operating documentation using SAP Signavio.
- Creating training materials, user guides and workforce capability initiatives.
- Improving asset master data quality, governance and reporting.
- Supporting testing, business validation and implementation activities.
- Establishing process ownership and continuous improvement practices.
- Aligning business processes with asset management best practices and organisational objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Experience delivering ERP, digital transformation or business improvement initiatives.
- Strong business process analysis, documentation and optimisation skills.
- Experience with BPMN 2.0 and process modelling tools such as SAP Signavio (desirable).
- Proven ability to develop SOPs, technical documentation, work instructions and training materials.
- Experience leading business readiness, change management and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Strong facilitation, communication and relationship management skills.
- Exposure to asset-intensive, engineering, maintenance, operations or infrastructure environments.
- Understanding of asset management principles, including ISO 55000 (desirable).
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Engineering, Asset Management, Change Management, or equivalent experience.
