Expression of interest: Payroll Officers | Sydney CBD

Are you looking for your next role, whether your contract is coming to an end soon, you're experiencing structural changes or you are ready for soemthign different. I'm partnering with clients looking for hardworking Payroll officers with payroll processing experience using ADP. Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-function payroll cycle across multiple locations and entities .

Handle the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding to Employment Termination Payments (ETPs) .

Accurately calculate salary increases, back pays, and various leave accruals .

Act as a primary point of contact for internal payroll queries via the HRIS system, email, and phone .

Ensure strict adherence to Australian payroll legislation while assisting with standard reconciliations, payments, and reporting metrics .

What we are looking for

1+ years of proven experience in an payroll processing role .

Confidence in processing payroll for multiple sites.

System experience is essential: ADP

A solid, working understanding of current Australian payroll legislation and compliance standards .

High-level attention to detail, strong communication skills to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
