Mizco is a market leader in the Access Control, CCTV, Security Systems, BMS and HVAC Industry and been established for over 30 years. Due to our continued growth, we require a HVAC Engineering Technologist to join our team.

The energetic Engineer should have a background in HVAC systems, ideally with experience in the industrial sector. If you feel you can meet these requirements and are looking for a new challenge then apply now and become part of the Mizco Team.

A minimum of 10 years experience is required for this position.

Applicants will need to be competent in the following, or possess the following attributes:

Design, review and implement HVAC systems, to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and energy efficiency requirements Monitor, analyse and optimise system performance and energy consumption through data interpretation and trend analysis Prepare technical reports, engineering drawings and system performance documentation; ensure all as-built records are kept up to date Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards and client specifications while maintaining a high standard of workplace safety Minimising risk by being proactive and identifying potential hazard areas when technical issues arise Demonstrate sound computer literacy Good technical reporting skills Good customer service skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities Good initiative and be capable of working on their own where required

The candidate should possess the following qualifications or particulars:

Bachelor of Engineering Current WA driver's licence, or equivalent Current police clearance or able to obtain one Be available to work occasional overtime Be available to travel to remote locations including the north west of WA and internationally if required Uniform, PPE, mobile phone and laptop will be provided.
