Job description

• Develop and oversee test plans, test scripts, and perform regression and system testing to validate the configured solutions.
• Implement quality assurance and testing services to ensure that all information systems, products, and services meet the organisation's standards and end-user requirements against each release cycle.
• Conduct high-level functional and regression testing and oversee the testing lifecycle to ensure the integrity and reliability of the various platforms. This includes core business, integration, data, IT service management and customer service platforms.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or bugs identified.
• Experience working with Public Cloud (AWS), MuleSoft, Kafka, Azure DevOps, Dynatrace, ServiceNow and any similar cloud-based solutions.

• Proven experience in executing complex testing campaigns, displaying a strong understanding of SQA methodologies and strong knowledge of the above technologies
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in Agile environments is strongly desired.
• Strong structured testing knowledge and thorough understanding of performance testing and desirable knowledge of penetration testing on platforms and applications.
• Great attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate and document defects in complex software features
• Customer focused – Seeks to understand client’s business requirements and provides input to serve the client.
• Experience in software deployments.
• Strong analytical, good verbal and written communication skills, self-starter, and influencing skills
• Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analysing data, transcribing/typing, viewing a computer, and extensive reading.
