About the Role Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and ensuring the safety, efficiency, and integrity of electrical systems across a variety of projects. The successful applicant will possess strong technical skills, a proactive approach to safety, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
Carry out new electrical installations, renovations, maintenance, and fault-finding.
Select, cut, and connect wires and cables to terminals and connectors.
Use electrical and electronic testing equipment to diagnose faults.
Repair and replace faulty wiring and defective components.
Position and install electrical switchboards.
Connect electrical systems to power supplies.
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional communication.
Attend scheduled safety meetings and daily pre-start meetings.
Comply with all workplace health and safety policies and procedures. Essential Requirements Current Electrical Licence Minimum 2 years post-trade experience Minimum 2 years' experience working within the solar industry (highly desirable and advantageous) Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety Excellent communication and customer service skills Current Driver's Licence What's on Offer?
