EL2 Master Scheduler - National & Hybrid Opportunity With Major Federal Government

This Federal Government agency is delivering a high-profile reform program within the disability sector, focused on strengthening the NDIS planning framework. You will join a central Program Management Office (PMO) driving delivery across a complex portfolio of interdependent programs and projects.

Your new role
As the EL2 Master Scheduler, you will own and manage the integrated master schedule across a large, complex portfolio, ensuring it provides a single source of truth for program delivery. You will play a critical role in supporting executive decision-making by providing insights into dependencies, sequencing, risks and delivery confidence.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule across multiple programs and projects
Identifying and managing cross-program dependencies, critical path and sequencing
Conducting schedule analysis to support delivery confidence
Providing portfolio-level insights and reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums
Partnering with Project Managers and PMO teams to ensure accurate, aligned and high-quality schedule data
Supporting the development of executive roadmaps, dashboards and delivery reporting
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience as a Master Scheduler in complex, multi-program environments
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
Strong expertise in dependency management, critical path analysis and schedule risk
Experience operating within a PMO or portfolio management function
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
Experience in government or highly regulated environments
AGSVA Baseline clearance (or ability to obtain)

What you'll get in return
This role is paid at $754.20 per day + super
Contract through to end of 2026 with strong likelihood of extension
