About the Role
Join our team dedicated to supporting the early childhood sector. We are seeking someone with direct experience in Early Childhood Education and Care to manage and process incoming applications. You will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards by evaluating candidate suitability from initial contact through to interviews and reference checks.
Key Responsibilities
Screen incoming job applications and manage candidate workflow.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications and sector fit.
Perform detailed reference checks with previous employer management.
Make accurate suitability assessments to ensure candidates meet regulatory and operational standards.
Skills & Experience Required
ECEC Expertise: Direct experience or strong working knowledge of the Early Childhood Education and Care sector.
Attention to detail: strong eye for detail and ability to follow a thorough process
Assessment Capability: Proven ability to evaluate skills, soft skills, and compliance for childcare placements
Risk management: strong risk management skills
Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication for interviews and reference gathering.
Availability: Available Monday-Friday, hybrid working model available
