The Centre
Council-operated Early Childhood services in Campbelltown are seeking passionate, experienced Nominated Supervisors to lead high-quality education and care teams. In this pivotal role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of an established early learning service, driving educational excellence, fostering inclusive community relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and well-being for every child. Supported by Council's strong operational framework and collaborative network, you'll have the resources and backing you need to champion child-centered learning and promote best practices under the National Quality Framework. The Role
As a Nominated Supervisor , your main responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with Service Coordinators, Management, and the broader team to drive operational excellence and high-quality service outcomes.
Drive regulatory compliance and continuous improvement by maintaining alignment with all relevant ECEC standards and operational policies.
Lead day-to-day operations to deliver high-quality care and education while ensuring full compliance with national legislation and organisational policies.
Act as a passionate advocate for child safety, well-being, and children's rights across all aspects of the service.
Drive the implementation of the National Quality Standard, guiding the service toward outstanding Assessment and Rating outcomes.
Build genuine, trust-based relationships with children, families, staff, and the broader community as the foundation of your success.
Drive continuous service improvement through regular team reflection and active learning.
Combine strong administrative capabilities with visible leadership, comfortably balancing time on the floor with operational oversight.
About You
To be successful in this position, you must have:
Diploma of Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience in Early Childhood
Current Working with Children Check
National Child Safety Training
Recent Child Protection Training/Safeguarding
Current First Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
Food Handling Certificate
Deep understanding and knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
Australian unrestricted working rights
