Your new role

• Lead, coach and develop a team of three Distribution Officers and Analysts across multiple locations.
• Coordinate daily distribution activities to ensure customer service and delivery requirements are met.
• Build strong relationships with transport providers and key internal stakeholders.
• Support initiatives to improve DIFOT performance and operational efficiency.
• Act as an escalation point for distribution and service-related issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and team capability development.
• Monitor service performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the ongoing success of the broader supply chain and distribution function.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within logistics, distribution, transport or supply chain.
• Strong people leadership skills with a passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others.
• Experience working with transport providers, warehousing operations and customer fulfilment activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset and commitment to delivering high service levels.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience using ERP systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
