We are now seeking to engage appropriately skilled and qualified individual Support Workers to assist a female client living with an Acquired Brain Injury in Yarrawonga.

Tasks will involve working as part of a team to support our client with personal care, including showering, toileting & grooming, transfers and home exercises. Our client has her own vehicle to access the community to participate in activities that are of interest and meaningful to her. FULL & EXTENSIVE TRAINING PROVIDED.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES; -Assist personal care including showering, toileting & grooming -Assist with transfers -Assist with Mealtime Management -Transport the client in clients own vehicle to access her community -Assist to attend appointments and complete shopping tasks -Follow Care Plan, direction and strategies

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS; -Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent, or willing to undertake -Current Australian Drivers Licence -Current First Aid including CPR qualification -NDIS workers Screening Clearance -Current Police Check (No older than 3 months) -Working with Childrens Check (employee)

ABOUT YOU; -Willingness to undertake personal care (bathing, toileting, personal hygiene) services with customers -Willingness to undertake and ability to pass Resilience Support Complex Care Core Competencies training and other mandatory training -A caring and compassionate approach with the ability to communicate effectively -Ability to be flexible in work hours and approach to meet the needs of our customers -Experience in the use of technology such as smart phones and computer programs -Reliable and dependable -Good planning, organisational and communication skills -Experience working with clients with Acquired Brain Injury highly desirable -Must be available to work alternative weekends on a regular fortnightly roster
