Job description

Simple Solutions is a registered NDIS provider located in Hervey Bay.  We are currently seeking full-time disability support workers to work with individuals with a disability on a 24/7 basis.

If you are motivated to provide excellent care and support to clients with a disability that aim to optimize quality of life then this job may be for you.

Working hours are variable and include overnight and weekend work.   Shifts will generally be 8 hours in duration. Applicants must be available to work overnight shifts and weekends to be eligible for employment.  

All interested applicants must hold or be eligible to hold the following certifications which are essential conditions of employment.  

  First Aid Certificate  
      CPR Certificate
  NDIS Worker Screening Check  - Yellow Card
  Queensland Drivers Licence  
  Working With Children Check - Blue Card  

Candidates are not required to hold a current care qualification as in house training for the specific role will be provided but relevant qualifications are highly regarded.

Successful candidates who are unqualified will be offered a traineeship.
