Experienced Diesel Mechanic wanted for a full-time ongoing role in Parkes NSW to maintain and service the MCA fleet and mobile equipment

• Earn between $46-60 per hour depending on experience
• Monday - Friday roster with immediate start available, day shift
• Accommodation provided for DIDO candidates

About the Role: MCA Engineering is seeking a qualified Diesel Mechanic to join the team based our Parkes workshop. This role will focus on the maintenance, servicing, repair, and fault finding of mining equipment and fleet assets. You will help ensure equipment remains safe, reliable, and available to support project requirements.

What You'll Be Doing
• Maintain, service, and repair diesel equipment and fleet assets.
• Carry out breakdown repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting on mining equipment.
• Complete scheduled maintenance
• Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with site teams to minimise downtime and maximise equipment availability.

What we’re looking for:
• Trade qualification
• Minimum 2 years' experience
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Current White Card and current driver's licence.
• Ability to pass a medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
