In this role, you'll get to blend in with leadership and have hands-on credit strategy, coaching a supportive team and helping refine how things are done as the business grows. You'll be reporting into the Financial Controller.

Your responsibilities:

Management and support of Accounts Receivable Team. Manage, monitor and control the accounts receivable function ensuring delivery of the function's KPIs and efficient and effective management of resources. Oversee the transaction and bill processing including month-end reconciliation processes in conjunction with relevant business units. Manage and oversee practices to ensure the administration of all debtor accounts in line with the companies debt collection procedure Customer claim / dispute resolution Escalation of all payment plan requests to the Credit Controller Manage all administration and debt collection activities with a professional and compassionate manner, and ensure a positive customer experience for customers.

What experience will you have:

5+ year's experience in a similar or related role preferred Experience in the commercial/ transport/ manufacturing domain
Relevant Accounting / Finance qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to manage and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Ability to meet strict deadlines Ability to use initiative and be proactive Excellent time management skills Strong work ethic, diligence, integrity Detail-oriented and meticulous
