Currently running different venues across Regional NSW and Sydney .Happysoul Catering Group is described as a fast-growing, supportive employer. HAPPYSOUL CATERING PTY is looking for Skilled Cooks to join our dedicated kitchen team to run our outlets at Tura Beach NSW . Location 1A The Fairway, Tura Beach NSW 2548

Requirements

• Must be experienced working as Cook
• Cooking and preparing the dishes in our menu
• Prepare ingredients including vegetables, proteins, sauces and condiments for daily kitchen operations
• Following and maintaining OH & S procedures in the kitchen
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, storage and rotation of kitchen ingredients
• Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Stock rotation and reordering
• Presentation and plating of food
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills
• Good Communications Skills
• Well Experience using commercial kitchen equipments

Skills and Qualifications

• AQF associate degree, Certificate III or Certificate IV in relevant Hospitality qualification.
• Prior experience as a Cook or Chef minimum 1 Year .
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods and operating kitchen tools and equipment.
• Ability to work Full Time.
