This well-established and growing commercial fit-out company specialises in delivering high-quality projects across office spaces, gyms and wellness centres throughout Sydney. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team and support the successful delivery of a diverse range of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the Project Management team, you will play a key role in the commercial and contractual management of projects from procurement through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Contracts Administrator looking to join a collaborative business with long-term career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Support project setup, procurement planning, and trade tender preparation.
  • Prepare subcontract agreements and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Manage project records, schedules, site inductions, and administrative processes.
  • Assist with monitoring project budgets, track expenditure, cost reporting, forecasting, and assess subcontractor claims
  • Coordinated project completion, handovers, and O&M documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors while supporting Project Managers across all stages of delivery.

About You

Minimum 3 years' experience in a Contracts Administration or Project Coordination role within the construction industry Previous experience working on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects will be highly regarded Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building, or similar Strong understanding of procurement, contracts administration, and project delivery processes Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Proactive, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities Proficient across Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Must be available to work full time onsite, with some flexibility post probation
