We are currently seeking two experienced Construction Supervisors who are also qualified to perform the role of Lifting Coordinator for a major project based in Western Australia.

About the Role:
This position will see you working as a Statutory Construction Supervisor on a large-scale project, ensuring safe and efficient site operations, while also taking responsibility for coordinating lifting activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and WHS obligations.
• Coordinate and manage all lifting operations safely and efficiently.
• Liaise with multiple contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor risk management and safety procedures on site.

What you'll need to succeed:

• RIIRIS402 OR BSBWHS414; AND BSBWHS411 (Mandatory);
• WA Record of Examination – Statutory Supervisor (s26);
• Lifting Coordinator qualification;
• Australian HRWL Class CO (Slewing Crane >100T);
• Australian HRWL Class RI (Rigging Intermediate);
• Lifting and Cranage Operations Awareness certificate;
• Proven experience at Supervisor level within construction environments;
• Experience working on client-side project teams;
• Demonstrated success delivering major projects with multiple contractors;
• Exposure to large-scale mining or resources projects (highly regarded);
• Full Australian working rights;
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
