We’re on the hunt for experienced production excavator operators who can confidently run the large-scale diggers and keep a busy site moving. If you’re skilled, safety‑driven, and ready for a solid FIFO 2/2 roster, this role is built for you. You’ll be operating large production excavators in a fast‑paced mining environment, working closely with load and haul teams to meet daily targets.

Your new role

• Production excavator operation on large dig units
• Safe and efficient digging, loading, and bench management
• Working with load and haul teams to maintain consistent material movement
• Daily machine checks, reporting, and adherence to site safety protocols
• Maintaining clean, compliant work areas and equipment

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience operating large production excavators (e.g., 120t–600t class)
• Strong understanding of safe digging, loading, and bench control
• Ability to work independently and within a high-performing production team
• Current machinery tickets and relevant site competencies
• Reliable FIFO availability on a 2/2 roster
• A proactive, safety-first mindset
