Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Clinical Support Nurse (RN or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse) to join our growing Clinical Team.

About the Role

This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to combine your clinical skills with care coordination, participant support, staff mentoring, and service development.

As a Clinical Support Nurse, you will play an integral role in supporting participants, families, and frontline staff to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care. Working closely with our Clinical and Operational Teams, you will help create positive outcomes while building meaningful relationships with participants and their support networks.

No two days are the same in this diverse and fulfilling role.

Key Responsibilities

*Clinical Care & Assessments *Conduct participant assessments, reviews, and ongoing monitoring *Assist in developing and reviewing support plans and care plans *Complete clinical, behavioural, and manual handling risk assessments *Support medication management and clinical care requirements *Assist with wound management, PEG feeding, catheter care, and other clinical supports within your scope of practice *Care Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement *Collaborate with participants, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and medical practitioners *Assist with coordinating services to ensure participant goals and health outcomes are achieved *Support participants and families throughout their care journey *Staff Support & Education *Provide clinical guidance and mentoring to Disability Support Workers *Deliver staff inductions, training, and competency assessments *Promote best practice and person-centred approaches to care *Quality & Compliance *Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and audits *Ensure clinical documentation remains accurate and compliant *Support the organisation's commitment to continuous improvement and participant safety

Additional Responsibilities *Participate in an on-call roster as required *Support business growth through clinical expertise and participant advocacy

Essential Requirements For Registered Nurses (RN) *Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse *Bachelor of Nursing

For Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EEN) *Current AHPRA Registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse *Demonstrated clinical experience relevant to the role

Skills & Experience *Experience in disability, community services, aged care, or complex health care *Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills *Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities *Understanding of person-centred practice and the NDIS *Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team *Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills

Compliance Requirements *Current First Aid and CPR Certificate *NDIS Worker Screening Check *Working with Children Check *Current Victorian Driver's Licence *Reliable and fully insured vehicle
