Cleaning Service Manager Employer: Clear Wash Pty Ltd Location: Gladesville, NSW (servicing commercial clients across Sydney) Position: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AUD $80,000 – $90,000 plus superannuation About the Company Clear Wash Pty Ltd is a growing commercial cleaning company providing professional cleaning services to offices, retail premises, medical facilities and commercial buildings throughout Sydney. We are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality cleaning services while maintaining excellent customer relationships and industry best practices.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Service Manager to oversee our commercial cleaning operations and ensure the efficient delivery of services across multiple client sites. Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Promoting and selling Clear Wash's commercial cleaning services by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and responding to service enquiries.
• Planning, organising and coordinating day-to-day commercial cleaning operations, including staff allocations, cleaning schedules, equipment requirements and service delivery across multiple client sites and cleaning contracts.
• Controlling the recruitment, induction, training, supervision and performance management of cleaning supervisors and cleaning staff to ensure quality service delivery.
• Planning, sourcing, purchasing and managing cleaning chemicals, consumables and equipment and liaise with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement.
• Developing, implementing and reviewing customer service procedures, operational policies and cleaning programs to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.
• Establishing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing cleaning service standards, performance benchmarks and quality assurance measures, including site inspections and client feedback, to ensure contractual and company standards are consistently achieved.
• Maintaining operational and financial records, preparing and managing operational budgets, monitoring labour costs, equipment expenditure and consumable usage, and implementing cost-control measures to ensure services are delivered within approved budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS), chemical handling requirements, environmental regulations, infection control standards and other relevant legislation, company policies and industry standards.
• Managing operational standards, including site security procedures, key management, housekeeping practices, equipment maintenance and quality assurance across all client sites.
• Investigating and resolving customer enquiries, grievances or complaints and service issues promptly while maintaining strong ongoing client relationships.
• Assisting the Directors in implementing business improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to expand cleaning service contracts. Essential Requirements
• A relevant AQF Diploma or higher qualification (or overseas equivalent), or at least 3 years of relevant management experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management or a closely related service industry.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff management experience.
• Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning operations and quality assurance.
• Sound understanding of Work Health and Safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• A current Australian Driver Licence. Salary AUD $80,000 – $90,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.
