Your new role

• Manage a portfolio of complex personal injury claims, supporting individuals throughout their recovery and claims journey
• Build and maintain relationships with customers who have experienced injury or life-impacting events
• Review information from a range of sources, including medical professionals, rehabilitation providers and other stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate timely and appropriate claim outcomes
• Develop and implement claim strategies that support fair and sustainable resolutions
• Monitor claim progress, identify potential barriers and help guide matters toward resolution, attending conferences and hearings when required
• Balance multiple claims while maintaining consistent communication and stakeholder engagement

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in CTP, personal injury, legal, insurance claims, allied health, case management or a related customer-focused environment
• The ability to manage sensitive and sometimes complex situations with empathy and professionalism
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport over ongoing interactions
• The ability to assess information, make sound decisions and manage competing priorities across a portfolio
• Exposure to working with medical, rehabilitation, legal or insurance stakeholders will be highly regarded, alongside a degree in one of these fields
