POSITION OVERVIEW

We at PEOPLE CAST PTY LTD are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to work on a permanent, full-time basis for a licensed restaurant and events space owned and operated by our client in Coolangatta, Queensland.

POSITION SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a candidate who possesses the skills to play a major role in planning and organising the preparation and cooking of dishes at the venue, as well as preparing and cooking dishes - including special dishes that meet the particular dietary requirements of individual diners - as required.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications, experience, and abilities:

• Relevant AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma qualification preferred.
• 3 years of relevant, full-time employment experience.
• Ability to work on a full-time basis.

POSITION SALARY

$80,000.00 per annum (+ super).
