We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Full-Time Chef to join our growing culinary family. Work Experience
• At least one year working as a chef in a restaurant environment
• Have experience and familiarity with Asian cuisines, particularly Vietnamese cuisine.

Qualification
• At least Cert IV in commercial cookery or currently studying toward obtaining the qualification

Below are some of the tasks/responsibilities of the position of our Chef:
• Prepare and cook meals as per customer order
• Maintain the sanitation and organization of cooking and serving areas according to Occupational Health and Safety guidelines.
• Train new kitchen staff members.
• Perform food preparation when necessary, such as chopping, slicing, dicing, mixing, etc
• Manage the kitchen team.
• Involve in the creation and design of a new menu with the owner when required
• Freeze and preserve foods where necessary
• Demonstrate techniques and advising on cooking procedures
