Your new role

We are seeking Trade-Quilified Chefs holding a Certificate III Commercial Cookery (or equivalant). These positions involve high-volume, bulk catering in mining camp environments across the Pilbra and Goldfields regions. You will be required to work both day and night shifts on 2:1 or 1:1 rosters, completing 10-12 hour days. All roles in FIFO in Perth, so applicants must be WA-based and available to mobilise at short notice.

What you'll need to succeed

We are ideally looking for chefs with bulk catering experience, whether in FIFO or metro operations.

You will also need:

- Certificate III in commercial Cookery (essential)

- Willingness to obtain a current National Police Clearance (paid for by Hays)

- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

- Ability to complete all required sire and company inductions.

- Two contactable referees from the last 12 months.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, fitness assessment, and ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

- Residency in WA and the ability to fly out from Perth Airport.
