Your new role

Reporting into the Cyber Uplift Programme leadership team, you will lead change and communications activities across several cyber, governance and technology initiatives.
This role will initially focus on programme communications, stakeholder engagement, policy awareness and readiness activities while several technology streams continue to mature. • Conducting stakeholder impact assessments and business readiness activities.
  • Developing learning materials, support packs and adoption resources.
  • Facilitating workshops, engagement sessions and leadership briefings.
  • Building strong relationships across technology, cyber, governance, risk and business teams.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager, Change & Communications Manager or Communications Lead within complex transformation programmes.
  • Experience supporting technology, cybersecurity, risk, governance or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering communications strategies and change plans.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience producing intranet content, communications campaigns, newsletters and executive updates.
  • Strong business readiness, organisational change and adoption experience.
  • Experience working in risk, governance, compliance or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
  • Government experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience within cybersecurity, technology or digital transformation programmes will be highly regarded.

What you'll get in return

  • Contract through to the end of the financial year (approximately 11 months).
  • Opportunity to join a high-profile cyber and technology transformation programme.
  • Exposure to enterprise-wide risk, governance and compliance initiatives.
  • Opportunity to influence change and communications strategy from an early stage of delivery.
  • Work alongside experienced cyber, technology and transformation professionals.
  • Flexible working arrangements with potential part-time or full-time options for the right candidate.
