We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Relationship / Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive the continued growth and success of our services. What You'll Be Doing:

Engaging with Clients : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met through tailored, person-centred solutions. Identifying Opportunities : Proactively seek new business opportunities, manage the sales process, and drive business growth from initial contact to contract closure. Pipeline Development : Create and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients through effective networking, lead generation, and proposal development through a CRM. Consultative Selling : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and recommendations to help them achieve their goals and objectives. Collaborating with Teams : Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and provide clients with an exceptional experience. Strategic Contribution : Contribute to the development and execution of the organisation's sales and marketing strategy to drive business outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

Experience : preferably within the disability or human services sector. Aged Care experience is a bonus. Client Relationship Management : A proven track record of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and growing business from existing portfolios. Cold calling will be needed. Industry Knowledge : A solid understanding of the disability services sector, including funding models, regulatory requirements, and industry trends. Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Commercial Acumen : Strong ability to translate client needs into tailored, value-driven solutions. Organisation : Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
