• Build and manage relationships with mortgage brokers, broker groups and aggregator networks
• Run product demonstrations and educate brokers on the platform's value proposition
• Use your existing industry relationships to generate new business opportunities and referrals
• Develop strategic partnerships that drive long-term growth and user adoption
• Represent the business at meetings, events, webinars and industry functions

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a broker-facing BDM, lender BDM, partnership or relationship management role

• Strong understanding of the Australian mortgage broking landscape and aggregator market

• Established relationships across broker, lender or aggregator networks

• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills

• Commercial mindset with a proven ability to generate new business opportunities

• Self-motivated approach and ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment

• Ability to confidently demonstrate and articulate the value of a technology solution

• Experience working with mortgage brokers is highly regarded
