Assistant Store Managers (Retail Supervisors)

Are you an experienced retail professional with a passion for customer service and team leadership? We are looking for motivated, results-focused Retail Supervisors to lead our team and help manage the daily operations of our store.

• Location: Esperance, WA 6450
• Positions available: 2 permanent, full-time roles
• Annual salary: $79,500 to $85,000 plus superannuation

In this role, you will:

• Assist the Manager in achieving store goals and operational objectives.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales staff.
• Ensure customers consistently receive outstanding service.
• Prepare staff rosters, allocate tasks and communicate responsibilities clearly.
• Interview and recruit new employees and support their induction and onboarding.
• Guide and assist staff in resolving challenging situations.
• Evaluate returned goods and determine the appropriate action.
• Monitor stock levels through regular inventory checks.
• Maintain accurate pricing and ensure products are displayed appropriately.
• Ensure stock is readily available and prominently displayed.
• Maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.

To be considered, you will need:

• An AQF Certificate II or higher in Retail, Management, Leadership, Business, Commerce, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field, with at least one year of relevant full-time or equivalent part-time work experience.
• Additional 6 months of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a qualification.
• A friendly, enthusiastic and dependable approach, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Full working rights in Australia.
