Mandatory requirements:

Your New Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting detailed assessments and reviews to provide expert clinical advice, recommendations and evidence-based outcomes for participants.
  • Analysing and interpreting complex clinical, functional and behavioural information to inform quality decision-making and support planning.
  • Preparing high-quality written reports, assessments and recommendations in line with relevant legislation, policy frameworks and professional standards.
  • Providing specialist clinical expertise and advice to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent and high-quality outcomes.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to support participant-focused outcomes and service delivery.


What You Will Need to Succeed

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • A recognised tertiary qualification in an allied health or clinical discipline (such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Psychology, or similar).
  • AHPRA registration (or eligibility to acquire).
  • Strong assessment capability and background, with the ability to gather, interpret and synthesise complex information to support clear, evidence-based decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey complex or sensitive information in a respectful and accessible way across diverse audiences.
  • Experience working within disability, hospital, health, aged care or community services environments (highly desired).
  • Demonstrated clinical experience within an allied health or behavioural support setting (highly desired).
  • Experience providing high-quality clinical or technical expertise at both an individual and systemic level (highly desired).

The Logistics

  • Contract until December 31st, 2026, with a view of extension/permanency.
  • Full-time, Hybrid arrangement.
  • Hourly rate of $61.86 + super.
  • Australian Citizenship & tertiary qualification (proof required) is mandatory.
  • Opportunities available nationally, including Richmond VIC, Geelong VIC, Parramatta NSW, Brisbane QLD, Midland WA, & Adelaide SA.
