We are seeking four APS5 Contract Managers to join a high-performing team responsible for overseeing large-scale service delivery contracts that support critical national operations. These roles offer the opportunity to work across complex contract environments, engage with a broad range of stakeholders, and contribute to achieving value-for-money outcomes within a highly regulated setting.

Your new role

Working within an established contract management function, you will support the administration and performance monitoring of major service provider contracts. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure contractual obligations are met, performance is monitored effectively, and governance requirements are maintained.

• Support the administration and ongoing management of complex service provider contracts.

• Monitor contractual performance and assist with compliance activities.

• Analyse, interrogate and audit contract data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.

• Research and interpret legislation, policies, procedures and contractual requirements.

• Prepare briefing materials, reports, meeting papers, correspondence and other written documentation.

• Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple business areas and external service providers.

• Contribute to contract reporting, governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support multiple contract management activities across various contracts and operational teams.
  
  

  What you'll need to succeed

We are seeking motivated professionals with experience in contract management, procurement, compliance, or administration who possess strong analytical and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to interpret complex information. You will be comfortable working with data in Excel, engaging with a range of stakeholders, preparing high-quality written documentation, and quickly learning new systems, policies, and legislative frameworks while managing competing
