You will be responsible for:

Providing operational and administrative support across a range of business functions Monitoring and managing shared inboxes, correspondence, and internal work items within service standards Coordinating tasks and activities, including travel arrangements and logistical support Supporting service delivery teams to achieve positive outcomes for stakeholders Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Conducting basic research, analysis, and preparing documentation or reports as required Contributing to process improvements and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency Maintaining records, templates, and administrative systems to support business operations

      What you'll need to succeed     

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

Experience in an operational or administrative support role within a structured environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build strong stakeholder relationships Attention to detail and ability to follow policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Problem-solving skills with the ability to use sound judgement in resolving moderately complex issues Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems

The Logistics

Contract until the end of December 2026, with a possibility for extension or permanency. $43.82 per hour (plus superannuation). Hybrid working arrangement.
