AORI is looking for experienced waitstaff, runners and hosts!
Opened in February 2026, AORI is a new Japanese hospitality concept located in Barangaroo and King Street Wharf. We’re looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering great service and presentation. Experience or an interest in Japanese cuisine and service styles is highly valued, but not essential.

• Level 2 or Level 3 award rates for the right candidates after the training period�

• Previous casual fine dining experience, including section control, wine service, and good organisational skills.
